At Solenne, we believe the products you bring into your life should feel thoughtful, useful, and well chosen. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
  • Proof of purchase may be required.

Items returned beyond 30 days of delivery may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was received.
  • The item arrived damaged.
  • The item arrived defective.

In those situations, Solenne will work with you to resolve the issue at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process and post the refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the issue.

When available, we will provide a replacement item first.

If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipment processing, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
